Event Policy: Event Security Procedures APPROVED BAGS Only clear bags will be allowed. The maximum size is 12 x 12 x 6 inches. Medical exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All bags will be checked. No exceptions. We reserve the right to deny entry — to ANY EVENT — to individuals not complying with these procedures. SEARCHES: All attendees – including attendees, staff, students and athletes – will be screened using a walk-through metal detector or wand.
